If you leave an email, yes, from one of us rather than a template. If you leave it blank we cannot reply, but we still read it and it still changes what we do.

Can I send this anonymously?

Yes. The name and email fields are optional and nothing else identifies you. Write the message, send it, done.

Something is wrong with a delivery right now

This form is not fast enough for that. For a live order placed on Bolt Food, use the help option inside the app, because they can refund or re-send it and we cannot. For anything at the counter, come back in or message @indoo.mt. Then tell us here afterwards.

Does the rating go on a review site?

No. This goes to our inbox and stays there. If you want to say something publicly, that is entirely up to you and we will not nag you about it.
