The full menuEight curries. One box.
Every dish we make at indoo in Qormi, with prices, protein options and what is vegetarian or vegan. Pick a curry, pick a protein, pick a spice level, add rice and naan, and it is in your hands in about ten minutes.
Curries
The heart of the menu. Each one simmers in our kitchen through the day, then gets portioned to order with your choice of protein.
Butter chicken
€9.95Charred chicken in a rich, buttery tomato sauce. The gentlest introduction to the menu and the one to order for someone who says they do not like curry.
Tikka masala
€9.95Creamy, smoky and the reason most people come back. Marinated protein, charred first, then finished in a tomato and cream sauce.
Korma
€9.95Creamy and nutty, built on almond, coconut and cream. The easy order for kids and for anyone feeding a group with different tastes.
Mango coconut curry
€9.95Sweet mango and coconut rounded off with warm spice. Not on most Maltese Indian menus, and the one to try if you want something different.
Rogan josh
€9.95Deep, aromatic Kashmiri-style curry built on browned onion, yoghurt and whole spice. Slow flavour rather than sharp edges.
Jalfrezi
€9.95Stir-fried peppers, onion and green chilli in a thick, tangy sauce. The driest of the curries, so it travels well in a box.
Madras
€9.95Rich, red and deeply savoury, built on roasted spice and tamarind. The one to order if you want the biggest flavour in the box.
Vindaloo
€9.95Sharp and tangy, built on vinegar, garlic and Goan spice. Take it to level 3 if you want it to bite back, and order the mint yoghurt chutney alongside.
indoo dunkin’ burritos
Lunchtime onlyCurry and rice rolled into a warm flatbread so you can eat it with one hand, standing up, on the way back to the office.
Tikka masala burrito
€9.95Creamy, smoky and the one to start with.
Butter chicken burrito
€9.95Rich and buttery, and the least likely to end up on your shirt.
Korma burrito
€9.95Creamy, nutty and easy. The one for a long afternoon.
Madras burrito
€9.95Roasted spice and tamarind, wrapped. The biggest flavour of the five.
Vindaloo burrito
€9.95Vinegar, garlic and Goan spice in a flatbread. Take the mint yoghurt.
Rice and biryani
All basmati, cooked through the day in small batches rather than held for hours.
Plain rice
€3.00Fluffy basmati. Nothing in it but rice, so it works for any diet. One portion serves one person.
Pilau rice
€3.25Fragrant basmati, lightly spiced with bay, clove and cardamom.
Jeera rice
€3.25Basmati with toasted cumin. The best match for the drier curries.
Biryani
€10.95Layered, spiced rice with meat cooked into it. A meal on its own, and the thing to order if you want one box and no decisions. Chicken as standard, beef €3.00 more, lamb €4.00 more.
Naan
Baked to order, which is why it arrives too hot to hold. That is the correct temperature for naan.
Garlic naan
€3.75Fresh from the oven, brushed with garlic butter.
Cheese and garlic naan
€4.75The garlic naan, now with melted cheese.
Sauces and sides
Small things that change the whole box. The mint yoghurt in particular. Sauces are €2.00 each.
Mango chutney
€2.00Sweet and sticky. Good against the bolder curries.
Green chutney
€2.00Fresh coriander and mint, blitzed sharp.
Mint yoghurt chutney
€2.00Cool and creamy. Your vindaloo’s best friend, and the fastest way to take heat down.
Tadka dal
€2.00Yellow lentils with a sizzling garlic and cumin finish. A full vegan meal with rice.
How to order it
If it is your first time, build the full box: one curry at €9.95, a plain rice at €3.00 and a garlic naan at €3.75. That is the thing indoo is actually built around, and it fits in one hand on a scooter.
If you are ordering for a group, get two curries at different spice levels and a biryani, then share. The korma and the butter chicken suit anyone nervous about spice; take the madras or the vindaloo to level 3 for everyone else. Two garlic naans per three people is about right.
At lunch, the burritos exist precisely because a curry box and a desk do not get along. They are only on between 11:30 and 15:00.
